The reviews for this Auto Supply must all be done Buy employees who are being paid to give five stars because this company and is Branch store in Newbury Park have the worst service that I have ever seen. After being treated deplorably by the manager Beast at the Newbury Park location I called to let Vincent at the corporate office no with terrible service was given and he sounded like he was completely bored and watching butterflies floating above his head. The Beast is probably his wife or something. Long and short this is the worst auto supply that I've ever dealt with in my life. However if you would like it good friendly customer orientated experience I would suggest going to AutoZone above undercar anytime. AutoZone has the same prices much better customer service and employees that know what they're talking about when you go to get a part from them. Don't forget AutoZone is the store you want to be at!
