I’m only giving this rating a 4 because of Josh. If Josh didn’t have good customer satisfaction then I would’ve given this place a rating of a 1 but I try to be fair. Because I want to be fair I have to share my experience regardless if it helps or hurts. Before Christmas I talked to Josh about a project. Christmas was around the corner so I was told my sign would be done after Christmas but before New Years. I told Josh I was going to be on vacation but I would return on the 2nd of January to pick up the product. When I returned on the 2nd the product wasn’t even started. In my head I was like man this place should be called Slowsigns instead of Fastsigns. Well here is what Josh did. Josh initially gave me a good deal as far as price when he didn’t have to. Josh knew how bad I needed my product when I returned so he told me he would have his guy jump on it and he would drive up to my job that was about 10 minutes away to deliver it to me. I understand during the holidays people may look over things and people go on vacations so work is going to be behind. I could’ve called for a follow up. Maybe if it wasn’t the holiday season there wouldn’t had been a delay but I’m not sure but I’m looking at the bigger picture. But Josh save the day. Because of Josh I’ll be a repeat customer. I normally don’t write reviews but Josh went through many steps to make his customer satisfied.
