Ive worked for filta for 7years, dont listen to other reviews about how this job sucks, because not ever franchise is like that. Whoever mistreats or does their employees wrong is not a good person and i wouldnt be happy either. but my boss is amazing. and the work isnt so bad once you get used to it. I love my job and plan on staying for the rest of my life. Thats how awesome filta is to me. Work hard or gtfo

I worked for this company for a week under Phil Bates in Phoenix, AZ. I had hot oil splashed in my eyes by a worker in a diner and never received a dollar for the week I worked there. I was told I was in training and that's why didn't get paid. I'm going to the Convention Center for comic con this year and I will make it buy duty to talk to the people in charge in regards to whom they do business with as well as the other company along their route like Banner Hospital, Chick-fil-a, etc.

I worked for the Filta Group for a short period of time but I can tell you they are a wonderful group of people to work with. The individuals in the Orlando office truly do care about not only the customers that the Filta franchisees service, but the franchisees themselves. I learned a lot in my time and I can tell you that they are without doubt one of the best managed offices I have ever had the pleasure of being apart of. Making a positive impact is important to them and making sure that everyone that works with them is well taken care of. I do not have enough good things to say about this organization.

Safety is one of those leading issues and the training provided to ensure we maintain a safe environment for our clients and our associates is top notch. My wife Lauren and I are so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Filta Family. We have received support from every level of the organization and they are just a phone call away if needed. A great example of that would be a 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. call with the business development
