This village of mamas is everything! The instructors are amazing and keep you sweating while incorporating kid friendly songs and activities like bubbles, and will even hold your baby or rock your stroller for you if needed so you can focus on your time for yourself. Plus, you meet so many other moms who are going through the same things as you and can offer advice or words of encouragement. The kids get to play, the moms get to talk. It’s a win for everyone. With play groups once a week and mom’s night out once a month, I highly recommend Fit4Mom to all moms!

I couldn't imagine surviving as a mom without Stroller Strides. Not only do I look forward to going everyday, so does my son. Best decision I ever made was joining.
