I'm in half marathon training and recently started experiencing some foot pain. Pam at Fleet Feet Carrboro was amazing; she showed me how my shoes were worn down and helped me find the most perfect new pair that felt like they were made for me. She was very knowledgeable and never tried to sway me in any direction or rush the process. She even gave me some great tips for overall maintenance and fueling for long runs! It was such a personal experience and never did I feel like she was just trying to make certain sales. The atmosphere is one of overall support and care!

I had just come from a series of very bad shopping experience, and was not planning on trying anymore stores that day. My wife said I should get my old Fleet shoes replaced, and it was like a breath air compared to how everything I had dealt with. A sales attendant walked up to me, and asked me what I needed. He really listened to me explain what my needs where and got me a pair of shoes which matched them completely. He then waited while I looked around for another item to add to the sale. [Both of those were different from the other stores I had been to that day.] Thank you so much.

I wear a small size (6) in running shoes and rarely find anything in stores that fit, but Fleet Feet special ordered a pair for me without obligation to buy.

Parking was a nightmare in this plaza. Place looks new, clean, and fancy. Two people working .I got the young guy who seemed disinterested. When I engaged in conversation he just looked at me blankly and walked away. The size selection in this store is horrible. I needed a size 6, the smallest they had were 8+ . Walked out feeling dissatisfied with the selection and service.
