Karen was so generous to donate again, to help with our Walk To Remember. Her donations help us raise money to help hundreds of families every year, dealing with the loss of a child. Karen and her staff are so friendly and helpful, I always recommend them to all my family and friends!

Flowerama has always done a great job on the orders I have place. Typically I have called and talked to one of the helpful employees. This time I used their web site and it was easy to use and I was able to get just what I needed. All in all a great experieice!

We were looking for help , either donations or sponsorship, with our annual Breast Cancer Golf Outing. I spoke with Karen and she helped us without question. Thanks to her and her staff. The outing was a huge success and we raised a record amount of money. I would highly recommend them to family or friends. They are truely great people

I live in Kendallville, Indiana and needed to get flowers to a funeral home on the east side of Indy. I used the website and it was very easy and efficient. I was also told the arrangement was beautiful. Thanks for the ease !

I thought the service was very good. I asked for NO substitutions to the arrangement I sent to my daughter. Many times we have done that and they (other florists) substitute less quality and less expensive flowers to the arrangements. As an example with other florists (Not Flowerama) what was ordered was a $75.00 bouquet turned into a 25.00 bouquet when delivered. Most people don't bother to check what was delivered, but in any case, Flowerama called me. I okayed a change for ivory lilies instead of white, but the vase (which I considered important as to the arrangement) was not what was pictured, and the arrangement (when my daughter sent me the pic) was not lush and full as the one I ordered. She was happy with the flowers, smelled wonderful but I was still was hoping they could make an arrangement that they are selling. I would use Flowerama again. Their customer service is excellent. But, I would make sure when I order to let them know I would like the vase that is pictured as well as the flowers.

I enlisted Flowerama Indianapolis East to do the flowers for my wedding last year. I wasn't sure how to go about hiring a florist, since I lived in Indy but would be having my wedding in Lawrenceburg, IN. I had went to a few other florists in town and chatted with a few in Lawrenceburg who were in my opinion over-priced and not very accommodating in terms of listening to what it was that I wanting for my flowers. I knew about Flowerama because my cousin works there and I had grown up close to the location. When I went in to talk to the staff about my wedding flowers and the ideas I had, I was very impressed and pleased. The service and help I received was wonderful! I had an idea of what I wanted for my bouquet, bridesmaids flowers and the Groom boutonniere and the groomsman's as well. The ladies there took the time to create a look that was what I was envisioning but make it even more beautiful. They worked with me and my Mom to help us figure out the best way to transport the flowers to our wedding site and make sure they would still look beautiful on my special day--and they did. I have gotten so many complements on my flowers, even a year afterward. I would highly recommend Flowerama for their price, friendliness, and great customer service.

I've purchased Administrative Assistance Day flowers for my team as well as random bouquets to brighten up our office as well as my home. Everyone is friendly and helpful and will work with you if you have a specific arrangement and/or budget in mind.
