I've been going here for yrs. But this last time the Asian lady that was wrking there, greeted us when we came in, & told us that she'd be right with us, but continued to do paperwork for at least 10 more min. When she did come help us, she seemed to know what she was talking about. However, I couldn't understand her English. I'm glad my husband was with me so he could interpret what she was trying to say.
