What was the best part of the experience?

Left them a voicemail in April explaining I was selling my franchise in May. It is now September and they are still billing my account. I finally left a message with their sales department in August. Crickets!

What would you change about the experience?

Hiow about : 1. Answering your phone 2. Returning voicemails 3 Quit billing me!!! How this company stays in business is beyond me.

Feedback:

Never seen such poor customer service and in this day and age that is saying a lot. I have alerted the CEO of our franchise and they are aware of of my current situation.
