Client Review on FRESH - Healthy Café

Fresh Healthy Cafe is conceptually intriguing, however the poor food/service experience sprinkled with lack of execution is the reason as to why I will never return. The wait is atrociously long (approx. 45 minutes of waiting with two orders ahead of me). I had ordered a Power bowl (quinoa bowl with ingredients you pick) from a cashier that was dazed and confused. After waiting more than 30min, we were curtly informed they had ran out of quinoa (?????? the main ingredient????) and we could replace it with another ingredient. No apology/refund/option was offered. We replaced the quinoa with spinach and waited an additional 15 minutes for our now salads that were below subpar.
