I had a new garage door opener installed in January when I moved into my house. Scott was great calling me back promptly and offered a competitive price. Their tech, Wu, came out on a Saturday morning and was professional and efficient. I'm writing this review 5 months later because I had an issue with my opener that I believed to be a faulty sensor. Scott helped coordinate with me and had Wu meet me at my house at 7am. The issue was diagnosed as a wiring/faulty sensor issue. This service call cost me $0. It is clear Door Depot stands by their service. I cannot recommend them enough. If/when I need a new garage door or opener I will be calling Door Depot. Bravo, Door Depot, Bravo.
