These folks are wonderful! My old door opener fried in a power surge following power outage. I called three companies before reaching Door Depot - I needed to get to work and to resolve the problem (new opener). The owner (!) called right back, and Lu came out right away to get me out and scheduled an appointment that day to install a new opener. Dylan came out at noon and removed the old (track, sensors, buttons interior and exterior) and installed a whole new state of the art system for me! Wonderful service! And, I have a friend who has also experienced wonderful service from them. They do business the old-fashioned way!
