Manager was rude and unprofessional. Hair and make up I could have done myself. The photographer was very nice. The pictures are extremely overpriced. Overall, our experience was not that great. Will not go back.

Rude and pushy.Photographer was nice. The man that edits the pictures and tries to sells them to you is very rude and doesn't take no for an answer. The groupon is a rip off so don't fall for it. If you're willing to spend over $300 for 10 pictures on a CD then go for it. Pictures weren't even all that. They promised a full slideshow in the groupon, then told me all I really get is one free picture and that would be the only picture on the slideshow. Really just after your money.

This was our 1st experience with getting professional photographs taken. All in all there were actually quite a few shots of my family that I LOVED but they wanted EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS(!!) for digital release of TWENTY photos! We had NO idea it was going to be that expensive or we wouldn't have done it at all. We used a $29 dollar Groupon that included 1 free print, and had to set up a payment plan (50% down) for digital release of 3 photos and one more print that ended up costing us another $244, which was WAY out of our budget. But I felt like I had gone through SO much trouble getting matching outfits, waiting an hour while they did my makeup and hair (which turned out OK but I could have done just as well doing it myself honestly) and spending 4 hours getting all the photos taken and picking out the ones we liked just to find out we couldn't afford them at all which was REALLY disappointing, and I had a sick kid but couldn't cancel without loosing my $29 Groupon which was another things I didn't like. like I said the photos were good but NOT worth all the hassle and DEFINITELY not worth the price!!!

These really are the worst pictures you will have done. They obviously hire random teenagers who can't do hair or makeup, AND a photographer that has no artistic talent, and even less customer service skills. It wasn't even worth the $19 groupon, let alone the 2 hours of my time. I trashed the free picture I was so ashamed of it.

Worst customer service in years. Nobody answering phone. They will take your deposit and run it in two minutes, but they do not willingly give deposit back. Working on getting deposit back for over 3 weeks now. Never going back
