Today, the good people at replaced the windshield on my 2017 Fusion. From start to finish, the service was excellent. They used original manufacturer part for the replacement. Their office manager, KeKe Harris, was the pillar of professionalism and curiosity. She was proactive throught the process to ensure I was taken care of in an efficient and timely manner.

The people at Glass Doctor were awesome! Super friendly, very professional. I went in with a cracked beyond repair windshield on my 2017 Camry hybrid. They were able to get the glass and put it on the next afternoon! (Would have been morning if I hadn’t had class.) It only took about an hour, and I could see my car the entire time (which was honestly kind of fascinating!). The price quoted was the same as I was quoted through safelite so I had nothing to lose except good service. I also had the opportunity to hear them talk to other customers which really let me see in to how they run business. They are thorough and do their very best with each and every one. If you need any glass repaired or replaced, don’t even bother going anywhere else.

As their commercial on the radio says, they will have your foggy window replaced before your coffee gets cold. They did it so quick that I didn't even have time to finish my coffee. I had a really foggy window in my living room, they came in, took the old window out and replaced it. They were there for maybe 15 to 20 minutes. They were quick, courteous and cleaned up everything afterwards. Great job. Overall pleased with their service

Sam and Charles re-installed the mirror in our RV, They were professional and explained what they were doing so we would be assured that the mirror would not fall off the wall while traveling. They arrived within the time frame they gave me. I would recommend Glass Doctor of Waco and the technicians Sam and Charles for any project.Jon W
