Always got my money on pay day except once does take forever to get thru to someone when you call customer service don't know about the fees they charge always drew all money off when received it

When your card is declined you get charged a fee. You can only get your balance from the automated phone system, which doesn't work currently. Something is not connected well with the audio and is not recognizing keypad inputs. So i have no money.

My card got hacked once for $800 while it was in my possession back in August 2017 they reimbursed me and gave me a new card ✔ then December 2017 while my card was in my possession somehow somebody was hacking me for 5 days straight before they caught it at $634.47 so I went through the 90 day investigation period and haven't been reimbursed yet ❌ I will be filing a lawsuit.. so PLEASE !!! DO NOT do business with this company 👎 my employer uses them and they're HORRIBLE

I went to Las Vegas and lost more money to this card than I did to the damn casino!! There are fees for everything including flicking boogers. The customer service is horrible, and it takes forever to get through on the phone due to the number of complaints they get. Anyone working here ought to be ashamed of themselves and their company!!!
