I’ll be making a visit to this place when I go downtown for work i’m a very nice person but I feel like this online company took a vantage of me promised me free items with two purchases but I was still charged for the third item I called the one 800 number multiple times I jump through six different people and I’m just completely getting the runaround i’m a pro member I was supposed to get $15 off of my order that never happened i’m literally going to go down there make a police report because you don’t tell people you get one thing for free if you buy two things for the main price and then charge you for the third item .. i’m done people taking a vantage of me if they read this maybe you guys should have better customer service over the phone I already called my credit company I just have to wait for the charge to post to my account before I can dispute that when that happens I’m gonna go straight down to the police and file a report and then I’m gonna walk over to this headquarters hand them the report and let them deal with that since another customer service people want to help me
