So glad I finally joined! I love this place. The staff is super friendly and always greet you with a smile. The gym is clean and organized, and for the most part, members usually have good gym etiquette when it comes to racking their weights, and being respectful of others waiting to use a machine. Atmosphere is chill and non-judgmental. I haven't encountered any arrogant "meat-head" types here.They have a Kids Klub for kids, and offer a multitude of classes for everyone! No matter what excercise method you prefer, there is a class for you from zumba, to cycling, to free weights...it's offered at various times of the day throughout the week. If you're looking for a cool, laid back place to workout, this is it!

I always had good reviews until they got rid of so many the group fitness classed for women. They discontinued the most favorite classes and the classes that were always full....makes no sense, but very poor customer services. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff, lots of options for classes, great personal trainers, updated equipment, clean locker roomsUPDATE: The owners recently decided to cut the offerings of the fitness classes in HALF and expand the weight area. ANY gym can offer weights but it is rare to have good fitness classes. DO NOT bother joining if you want anything but weights and machines. Clearly the owners are changing the focus of who they want their clientele to be. Feels sort of sexist, as many of the members who participate in the fitness classes are women. VERY short sighted, in my, and many other's, opinion.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with golds . I’ve been a member with golds gym of Woodstock GA for 4 years . I just moved to this area of Austell and figured I’d see what this location of Golds gym is about . I walked in and told the guy I’m a member at another location . He cut me off and told me he’s not able to take any guest after 9:00 pm. I then asked him is there anything I could do to workout tonight . And he told me no . Which is crazy to me because I would of paid any fee to workout and check the place out . I even would of signed a membership on the spot if he had given me the chance to let the customer talk . After telling me I’m not able to workout I took my business to LA fitness at 10:00 pm Where they welcomed me to the area and told me to walk right in and get started and to check out the facility for free . Great customer service and LA has earned my business to this new area of living .

This is the place to be! The classes are great and the gym is always very clean. In fact the staff is ALWAYS cleaning! I love that. The best part is the kids club. My kids have fun while I work out. If that were not available, I could not be a member.
