I have had chronic foot pain that both affected work ( walking) and soccer on turf. The orthotics have worked great so far, ( four days). I was able to run and go to work pain free. The staff are very knowledgable and professional during my walk-in visit. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable during my visit either. Thank you again Dave for your assistance.

The Good Feet Store was an educational experience. I was able to learn some things about my condition that had evaded me for several years. Just go there if you have problems. I believe that they will have a solution. The severity of your situation will help you justify the cost.

Fantastic company, the orthotics are worth the price. I work in a restaurant and walk at least 5 miles a day, these have helped out many of my flat foot related issues. Also the staff is fantastic, their level of service and professionalism is second to none.

Never ever go to this store before seeing your doctor and getting a thorough evaluation for the problem. Their only aim is to sell you the product, just a couple of basic questions.. and boom the whole set comes in front of you and the selling pitch begins. No evaluation, no understanding the cause and reason for the problem. There are so many reasons for feet issues they give you only one solution.. Plantar Fascitis. One day of wearing the insoles (had to bear the excruciating pain), left me with sciatica flare up, lower back muscle twitch and need to rest for many days. I wish I did not go to this store.. seriously! Insole pads, exercise can help. Please think before buying. The sales person (lady) was too greedy to sell me not only the orthotics, shoes, socks, additional insoles.. They should change their product from orthotics to shoe store. Very bad! Never buy from them before you see your doctor. Now I am stuck with orthotics that's of no use to me. My doctor said, its making my situation worse and asked me to stop wearing them! Now I am stuck with two super expensive plastic pieces for no use!

Be very careful dealing with this company. Go there see what they have and then shop online or even in a pharmacy for almost the exact same (non custom) inserts. Do not buy anything at a Good Feet Store. They are a highly over priced scam. I regrettably bought a pair of inserts from them ($315). Felt good IN THE STORE after using the massage thing and walking the 20 feet in the store. I came home walked a test one mile, took off my shoes and tried to walk. Then the excutiating pain set in. My arch went into spasms and I was crippled until I put on my pair of my SAS shoes to comfort them. It took a while and two days latter my arches were still sore. Worst part the arch supports I bought are non-refundable! There are other options out there for ALOT less money and returnable.

I have been using Good Feet for almost a year. I have three pairs. Use one in my work boots, one in my running shoes and one in my dress shoes. They work! Like magic! Put them in my shoes and I noticed a difference right away! 100% recommended!

I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase. I bought my show only 3 days ago. After few hours my sciatica flared up, so I changed back into my other shoes. I tried it again the next day, same thing happens. Day 3 - same result, only now I can not feel my toes. They say they "custom fit" They do not. They use the jargon to make you feel as if they know what they are doing. They do not. I am out $400. I am beyond angry.

I have been suffering from a doctor diagnosed case of Plantar Faciatis for over a year. Yes, the orthotics at good feet WERE expensive, they also WORK! I am nearly pain free in 4 weeks and will recommend the store to anyone who has chronic foot pain.
