I love the product, but hate the service. They never smile or give a kind welcome. I've been to the same location 4 times in the last month. They were out of Probiotics on one visit, and didn't let me know until they had already made me drink. They left out my request for extra lemon another time. I requested no ice on another visit and received a drink full of ice. The staff is never apologetic nor do they attempt to make things right. The "grab and go" cooler is always empty. I love the food and selection, but the staff really needs customer service training.
