We hired this company in ottawa Canada after some very aggressive and persistent sales tactics. We read a number of positive reviews and decided on GT. They came to our home within 1 week to measure , and to take our 60% deposite. The next week they filed for bankruptcy. The Miami umbrella company contacted us to tell us they would honour the contract.Much time passed and they did not answer any of our calls or emails. Eventually they sent someone to re measure our cabinets. It's been 4 months since our initial contact with Miami and 2 months since the measurements were re done and there has been no communication at all. They do not answer our telephone calls or emails. We can only assume that they have no intention of completing this work and we feel this is most unprofessional.* Update* the day after I posted this review, we did get a call. They called to tell us they had no news regarding this job. We originally contracted and paid the Ottawa arm of this firm in March. It's now October and the only thing they can tell is is that they don't know when

My renovation was done outside of Philadelphia. I am so happy it is available in South Florida. Fabulous company and workmanship. I can only speak of the countertop but will investigate the choices for cabinetry

Hermes was amazing! He worked with us every step of the way. He explained each and every item and really took on the job of GC. We did a kitchen and bathroom reno and he made himself available to my questions anytime I had them. He made smart suggestions and I felt he was always looking out for my best interests, not the company's. The quality of the independent contractors was very good. Due to circumstances beyond my control, some of the work had to be finished in stages and some of the work had to be redone, But, Hermes took care of me. When someone is paying the amount of money I did, I expect outstanding customer service and that's exactly what Hermes delivered. When I need to do more work in my home, he's the person I'll call every time.

5 Stars ++ for Granite Transformations, the entire staff is excellent, from the in office support, to Hermes who spent time in my home assisting with choosing the right granite for our countertops plus securing financing, to the person who came to our home to measure, and finally to the two gentlemen who installed the granite. Everyone was professional and provided excellent customer service. How refreshing to work with a company who exceeds expectations.

Can you give negative stars?I think you should be able to about the Northeast Ohio franchise.The installer broke a Piece and still installed it and then asked for payment knowing it was broke.... Another installer was wearing ripped blue jeans...The hole was so big you could see his green underwear.Or should I be talking about the installers complaining about not having the right tools and blades to do the job...Last but not least they seem to be more concerned about getting payed then if they did a good job. One installer actually wait around for payment several hours after they fixed the broken piece. He said " I am not leaving until i get payed" sounds funny BUT He never said "I am not leaving until this it right and your happy"The product looks good but this franchise need some serious work

I rarely write reviews but I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with Granite Transformations. Hermes came to my home with numerous samples and explained everything in detail including costs, financing and the entire process. I was impressed with the fact that they even had a large selection of sinks to choose from and all I had to purchase separately was the faucets when I decided on my counter tops and sinks. Even the plumber is included in the price. It was difficult to choose from so many beautiful options. For my cabinets I only had to purchase the handles. I decided to go with the recycled glass counter tops for both my kitchen and bathrooms. I was wary of an overlay but Cesar and his crew came and took measurements with machines like a rocket scientist. Everything fit perfectly. I went with the white shakers for my cabinets. Both Hermes and Cesar made suggestions during the entire process to make my job as beautiful as possible. For example we added a few inches on my bar for added legroom. During construction some of the plywood above my dishwasher was found to be rotting. Hermes arranged for new plywood to be installed. I was not charged a cent more. Needless to say my kitchen and bathrooms are now far more beautiful than I every anticipated ... and at a reasonable cost. My friends and relatives think I spent a fortune. If you are not re-configuring your entire kitchen and are happy with your existing layout you would be foolish to fall victim of the overpriced big box stores. You cannot go wrong with Granite Transformations!!! Give Hermes a call. Tony F - Wilton Manors, FL

My kitchen counters are beautiful! Everyone was very professional. Hermes was great to work with, and so were the installers. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. But most importantly my counters are gorgeous!
