Feedback:
We placed an order last Friday at 7pm and they told us it would take an hour for delivery, which was fine. After waiting patiently for an hour and a half, we called the store to asked if the food was on its way. The owner of the store came on the phone and said very rudely that she told us it would take longer than an hour and hung up the phone! We called back 20mins later to cancelled our order because we had waited an hour and 45mins when they initially said an hour. They said they weren't going to cancel our order and that we still had to pay for me. The woman owner hung up the phone on us again. We tried calling back multiple times but the owner kept hanging up. Initially, when we placed the order over the phone, they said their debit system was down so if we wanted to pay for it with a VISA, we had to do it over the phone. Since we thought this business was legit and had to follow the ethics of running a business, we went ahead and gave them our information. Well, at 9:45pm, we had a knock on the door. It was our food. So after almost a 3hour wait AND after canceling our order, they still demanded we take our food and pay for it. We refused and sent them on their way. They charged our credit card STILL after we did not accept the order when it came almost 3 HOURS LATE. We have contacted VISA and the Hamilton Police Station to investigate further. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. The owner has an disgusting attitude and is over all very rude. It felt like I was talking to a mouthy teenager.
