What was the best part of the experience?
The food was great but the Franchisor was constantly changing logo, menu items, etc. As I look at their webiste today, many locations have closed (including mine in 2009).
What would you change about the experience?
Well, by their website, it appears that they are still changing things 10+ years later so i don't know. The brand has no identity because the menu and logo has changed multiple times in the last 10+ years. The flow of the restaurant was wrong when I was a franchisee. They picked my location which was poorly placed.
Feedback:
Just don't do it! Not a good success rate, poor franchise support and guidance. Many other more solid restaurant franchises to choose from.
