I had a battery replaced in my Samsung S6 on Dec 4 2018 and less than 2 mos the battery went bad. I called and spoke to Wayne and he was like stop on by and i will take a look at it, but never offered to replace the battery if he found the battery was bad due to them only having a 30day warranty. I never went down because i knew that he wasn't going to replace the 45 day old battery that was bad due to 30 day warranty and he didn't have one in stock because he had to order the one i got that was defective. Again if he was going to replace the 45 day old battery that is obviously bad he would have stated that in our phone call. I would not recommend this place due to them providing 12.00 batteries yet charging you 75.00 to replace it. Now that's a money maker especially when its just a 30day warranty. Not good Wayne, not good. only thing that was good was his friendly personality.No assumption Wayne i just know how to read between words seeing how i have been in customer service longer than you have been alive. Had you stated that you would replace the battery if in fact you fond that to be true then i would have brought it in, but you did not state that which leaves an open ended statement. If in fact you were providing the best service you would have said that but you didnt, also why would i come back and get another battery when this only lasted 45 days and i would have waited a week too and by then the battery could have done far worse damage. not worth the wait or risk. good luck with your business
