I have called this place 3 times, and every time I have had to leave a voicemail or was unable to speak with the customer service rep who would be bidding our fence. I was promised that their supervisor would give me a call, but I still have not heard anything in SEVERAL weeks. Terrible customer service! We will be taking our money elsewhere...
