The salad had spoiled dressing up the chicken was dry and had blood on it and the manager refused to refund my money back and told me to leave and never come back and he was calling the police on me.

I am a truck driver and i was making a delivery at the Costco Distribution center off Belleville rd. So i placed a online order to have it delivered there and unbeknownst to me because ive had food delivered there before Costco doesn't allow food delivery to us on the property....i called the driver and apologized for the inconvenience..which he was very cool about it. Then i called the store and Joe the supposed store manager informs me that he's not gonna refund my money...so i ask to get the corporate office number and he refuses to give me that also...After looking up the number myself I then receive a call from Joe telling that he called the owner (supposedly) and they're gonna refund my money and says "thanks for wasting their time and money" and hangs up on me.

Happy's pizza on morang in Detroit delivered my order of undercooked wings ,I called immediately to request refund and I have been waiting for more than a hour and thirty minutes . I will be calling corporate tommorow!

First of all, I do not eat Happy's Pizza. My diet consists of REAL food such as fruits and vegetables. Secondly, I have told this dump of a restaurant to hire folks who can read and STOP PLACING THESE LEAFLETS ON MY PROPERTY. Detroit seems to be a metropolis of these leaflets. NEWSFLASH, COMPANIES.... BLACK FOLKS EAT HEALTHY FOOD. WE EAT MORE THAN CHICKEN TENDERS, FRIES, PIZZA AND THIS OTHER GARBAGE YOU ALL WANT TO PEDDLE TO US! I am sick and tired of going outside my door and picking up these leaflets and furthermore, wasn't this company's corporate office raided? If these folks hire people who cannot read, I wonder how this food is handled and cooked?Makes you wonder, doesn't it? SMH

I was over charged for what I received. Ordered online and was told that was corporates problem not the stores. I contacted corporate twice and no one has returned my emails or phone calls. I will never pay for another thing from them and I will continue to share my experience with them.

I ordered pizza for the kids ,the driver was lazy he didn't want to walk up four steps.He forgot the pop,he said he was going to bring it back he never came back.Ihad to go in to the store to get my pos the next day.

Ordered a whole chicken, for $21 that came with fries and coleslaw I' was very disappointed, when opening the box and saw that the chicken, was burnt and it had been scraped off, of the chicken, I' tried cutting into the chicken, and it splintered off, like toothpicks it looked as if it was a week old I was expecting a whole chicken, But I got two halves, to me that's not a whole chicken, I sent photos of the chicken to the corporate office, & never got an email back or a phone call yet, I' guess they want to keep my $21,I'm a senior citizen, & I' really feel, like I've been ripped off,.. I' called the next day to Happy's Pizza, and let them know they told me that it was too late, I told him I'm a senior citizen, and I don't like being treated that way!Happys Pizza in Taylor MI .. Sad Pizza.😕Update as of 01/25/18 Happys Pizza, sent me A Ten Dollar, gift certificate, in replacement for The 21 Dollars, I' spent for burnt Chicken Dinner, Where's my other 10?
