First of all, do not trust the 5 star reviews of this place. I noticed that Naomi Black, Gisele Dunn (People that were handling my tax return) have reviewed their workplace. Nothing is more pathetic than employees reviewing their own firm and giving it glowing reviews. Happy tax is a scam of a company. They will charge you, and then not provide you the service and they won't refund you. We purchased the crypto package in February of 2019 by paying a hefty sum of $550. We uploaded all the required documents within a week. They DID NOT file our taxes in time before the deadline. They filed an extension instead. We repeatedly call them, email them, only to receive blanket statements saying they are working on it. We ask for a refund, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND US. We are now stuck in this nightmare of a situation with this wretched company screwing over people.
