Sent a caregiver with asthma to a 12 hour shift in a house full of chain smokers. Sent ONE caregiver to care for an unconscious 200 lb. bedridden patient that needed turning to avoid bedsores, and impossible to move by one person! Her "accountant" thinks that 40 minutes equals .4 of an hour! And worst of all does not want to pay for time worked. There are legit senior care companies out there, use one of those.
