We had a beautiful deck designed and installed by HDDecks using Trex composite decking. The company has been wonderful to work with and we were very excited to have the company come in and so a deck cleaning and apply Seal-once to the surface which boasts a 6-10 year waranty in May 2014 for which we paid $ 1383.12. Sadly by the end of last summer, our our deck was full of mould and the HDDeck representative called us to say that the Trex was faulty and there was nothing we could do. Upon reading the Seal-Once warranty, I see the best we could hope for is to be reimbursed for the product and not even labour. Please learn from our lesson and have nothing to do with the deck cleaning and promotion offered by Hickory Dickory Deck. It wi a huge waste of money. Very disappointing.
