Absolutely wretched customer service from the Jane location, placed an order online..waited 1 hour and 10 minutes, called to inquire where my food is and the lady tells me that she forgot to put it in and it would be another hour for them to make/deliver my food, offered no discount or incentive for me to now wait 2 hours for my order. Unbelievably bad and amateurish service, will never order from this chain again. [EDIT] she also mentioned that there is a big order and that is the reason why my food would be an additional hour (like a previous reviewer mentioned) horrible service.
