I made my reservation over the phone,the website made the rooms look and sound great after we check in we were so disappointed.The hotel was out dated and room was nasty,air didnt work like it should have,elevator was out of order..We did not complain to management because my husbands sugar dropped and he needed to lay down.

A very nice hotel, however, the parking is not the best and not what I am accustomed to at Holiday Inns.

Convenient location...15 minutes to Suntrust Park. Perimeter Mall is less than 5 minutes away. Only issue was the bathroom shower doors need adjustment (would not slide...had to force them closed) and the shower dripped. Dont get me wrong tho the bathroom was great otherwise, spotless and fresh looking. The room was too.

We booked the hotel for a local visit and had to extend our stay due to uncertainty with Hurricane Dorian's path. The staff was very accommodating.
