I used to love eating at this resturant. But at times there is police, cooks, bus boys, and waitress talking over people food in the kitchen as it's being made. Plus most of those people i named above don't wear hair nets while their standing over food being cooked and prepared. I will never eat here again.

I am a senior executive at a Fortune 50 company. The service here was atrocious. 20 minutes to check in. 45 minutes for our bags to get to our room. 5 minutes before the operator answers the phone. Wet towels left in room after maid service. The list goes on. STAY AWAY. You would get better service at Motel 6.

Holiday Inn Express' have the cleanest rooms ever!!!! That is why I stay here. HOWEVER, be careful with your IHG rewards #.....if you do not handle it exactly as they want (which I was blind to)...you WILL NOT get your rewards...be careful...that is the only reason for the four stars!!! KINDA SHADY.....but....clean.....BY THE WAY...DEE DEE @ Louisville Airport Hotel was AWESOME!!! SO NICE!!!!
