ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! After 1 visit to the Wenonah (Deptford), NJ location I developed a severe rash on my arms and asked for a refund of my monthly fee. I even showed them the rash and they said they’d leave a note for the owner. She refused to refund my money and the corporate answering service said they no longer take complaints about the franchises because the volume of complaints is too high. Who are we supposed to complain to?!
