Feedback:

Andy and his team did a great job on our inspection! They were thorough and explained all of their findings clearly. The report itself was professional and well put together. I'd recommend them to anyone buying/selling a home!

Terrible if I could leave negative stars I would. Missed a very easy to find mold problem in my house that's going to cost me thousands. I just had to open my bathroom sink and the smell almost knocked me out. Not how I wanted to move into my new house.

There were clearly visible mouse traps and mouse poop in the attic which was not pointed out in the inspection. Just provided pictures is not worth.

This is the corporate office web site. I have been a partner with HomeTeam for over 12 years now. Our relationship has always been at the highest and most professional level. HomeTeam is always on the cutting edge of Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc. I could not imagine being associated with any other Home Inspection Franchise.

Public Beware! I do not recommend using this inspection service! Andy Snyder was referred to us by our realtor and that's where the problems start. Provided a home inspection that was completely fraudulent!Home inspection was on July 19th, 2018 but his licensed expired on February 28th, 2018. Did not take blame for license expiration but blamed the home inspector board because they were supposed to be making changes to license renewal procedures! Poor excuse! Also, used the license of another home inspector in two separate emails he sent me. However, other license number was also expired! Will not admit fault for clear violations and do not even want to mention how many items another licensed home inspector found. He runs a franchise of Home Team Inspector Services. How could the corporate office have no idea his license was expired and using other inspectors license numbers in his email signature? Seems a little suspicious to me. Please learn from my mistake and do your own research for licensed home Inspectors!

I purchased a franchise in July of 2016 and highly recommend HomeTeam as their staff has been very supportive and large part of our success. From the beginning they were factual and informative and did not pressure us to buy. In the first year they were there anytime we needed help. And that holds true today.

Arthur and his ferried inspection team that assisted throughout the process were very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. The inspection report that followed was thorough and addressed any major defects in detail. With exception of some DIY type repairs,, our home was sound and free from any major defects. Thank you Arthur. We will refer your services to all of our friends, neighbors and family.

Andy Snyder and his team provided one of the best home inspections I have been involved in ever. Very thorough job and they handled all of my questions and concerns with ease. They delivered a timely, detailed report and I could not be happier. They even were willing to adjust fine print within our contract with them to something I was more comfortable with. One comment - I believe your experience will vary depending on franchise you contract. I see feedback for HomeTeam that varies based on the area you live in and my feedback only is based on my experience with Andy and his team of inspectors under the HomeTeam name.

Other reviews appear to be site-specific in various states. This site is for the Corporate office, and my experience with them has been phenomenal. Great team of professionals, outstanding support, and world-class business. I've been a franchisee since 2009, and one of the things that drew me to this business was the "team" environment. I looked at several other franchises, and there was always an "us vs. them" culture. Not so with HomeTeam. They've been on my side, helping me grow my business all along. Love these guys!

I will never use this company, they were here before i got to the house . Electrical needed updated didn't tell me about . Thats just one thing. More interested in telling me that a laundry tub needed bolted down
