Called them about researching replacing an existing wood fireplace with a gas insert, wouldn't even give me an estimate without a $75 fee. Last I checked the economy was terrible and great contractors were hungry for business. Will not do business with them, hearth place in ledge wood has been extremely helpful, came out immediately to give me an estimate and hasn't asked for any fees.
