Student accommodationWe have used Homeexperts for my son's students accomodation. Unfortunately we have had terrible experience with this company. Staff customer service skills were very poor, we couldn't reach anyone on the phone. Every time you call you get straight to answer machine, I have left numerous messages asking to call me back, no one returned my calls. I've paid deposit for my son's room and I had nothing but trouble of getting it back. Deposit should be returned within 10 working days in the end of contract. It was refunded 2 weeks late. I was constantly emailing and calling asking for my deposit. No one answered the phone. Surely this is not the way to treat costumers. My son was living in student accommodation in Worcester for 3 years and we have never had problems with other agencies or landlords. There are far better agencies in Worcester than Homeexperts. For us, dealing with this company was nothing but hassle.

Terrible Lettings Service. Called 6 times to try and arrange a viewing of the house on Lorne Street. Every time no one answered and no option to leave a voicemail. I found a house with another agent now and have a viewing arranged with them. Terrible terrible service. Do you want to let this house or not? If I was the landlord, I'd go to another agent.
