I have been going to A-1 Honest Auto since they opened and let me tell you their name is accurate! A-1 service, great pricing, and they have always been honest with me. Best mechanics in town as far as I'm concerned.

Wouldn’t chosen NO STARS if allowed. Horrible communication ... asked for manager ....nobody could find him. Waited 3.5 hours with two children, vehicle never left the parking lot. No phone call or communication. Will never return!

Called early this morning about my oil level alarm going off last night. Tracy was pleasant and answered my questions. Said I could come in without an appointment to get oil level topped off. Looked at it immediately and five minutes later it was ready and didn’t charge me. They also reset the computer. If I don’t go to my dealership, I would probably come here.
