I’ve read the positive reviews on here, so maybe our experience was just an aberration. We paid over 600 for some minor grout patching in the bathroom, and one of our lighting fixtures to be lifted.The lifting of the fixture went well. But the grout work was only just over halfway done, and that’s on top of me having to point out obvious areas the repairman had missed before he left. I don’t know; perhaps it was an “off” day. But at this price, I expected quality work.UPDATE: so, the company called me and asked me about my initial review. I told him what happened, and he said they always want customers to be pleased with their services, so if I wasn’t happy, their job wasn’t complete.He sent a worker out to my house to complete the job, and afterwards, it looked great! I was really impressed with the fact that the company cares if they receive criticism, and are obliged to make it right. Not many companies feel that way nowadays, so this was very refreshing.In fact, I have more work for them to do, as I now know they care about their job and company reputation. To that end, I’d have to give them 5 stars:)
