So hooters has always had the best wings.. I used to go every week or twice a week but they have the worst customer service skills. And now their Ranch isn’t even good anymore! The wings and the ranch were sooo amazing it was the whole reason our family goes but now the ranch taste like off brand and between that and poor service it’s not worth it anymore! It’s going down hill fast. Oh well. Should get someone better in charge.

Does not handle customer complaints properly. Human Resources never returned any of my phone calls regarding an issue that took place at one of their Kentucky locations. Will not be returning to any of their locations ever again.

My son and his 3 buddies came there to end tonight how should I begin it took them 15 minutes to be seated my son order 2 meals to go 1 for there it took her 30 minutes to bring the food out never gave them and refills on the drinks they kept asking and she kept walking great job Tee and the key word was to go they was served on regular box my son had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for a to go box and still no drink refill. Tee didn't charger my son for 1 of the meals my suggest Tee is to get another job because being a waitress is not for you just like the tip wasn't for you smh #poorserviceTee

FOOD POISONING!!(Christmas Eve) Me and my twins Kyle and Caitlin went to Hooters in portage Indiana to have lunch. We left the restaurant at about 2 o’clock to do some Errands to surprise Grandma.Within about 4 1/2 hours we were sitting down to have Christmas Eve dinner and that’s when this whole thing started ,throwing up for a couple hours and then ended up in the emergency room. Me and Caitlin are both in the emergency room tonight Christmas Eve due to FOOD POISONING. I would think twice before you ate in this restaurant or any other restaurant due to their awful reviews. If I was you I would pick another restaurant for your safety. Believe me it was not fun being in the emergency room on Christmas Eve with IVs in my arm and having Christmas day destroyed including our vacation to see grandma that week. UPDATE (Dec 30th) It has been six days from this event and we’re just now getting back to feeling 100%. It has been awful after being served food and getting FOOD POISONING from a new restaurant that’s less than a-year-old. Kyle my son did not get sick because he did not have the ranch dressing. Due to the actual reviews of this restaurant I’m really not surprised this really happen to us and it was awful. Christmas was totally ruined and then we had to fly back home feeling this way was much worse. UPDATE (Jan 9 2019) It is now been over two weeks we have heard nothing from Hooters and nothing but excuses from their insurance adjuster. This is going to get to the point where we’re going to have to move forward dealing with Hooters in a very professional and nasty way. Like I said do to their reviews this company could care less about their customers all you have to do is read the reviews.There will be more updates to follow as this proceeds forward. Update (January 28, 2019) We finally heard back from Hooters on their first attempt to settle with us and I can tell you it was insulting. They didn’t even offer us our medical expenses. They didn’t even take in consideration that because their restaurant where we got food poisoning ruined our Christmas trip to portage Indiana to grandmas. Our Christmas Eve and Christmas day plus the flight home were ruined. We didn’t feel better until the end of the week. If you notice their reviews stink and they don’t care one bit about their customers especially when they get very sick they’re looking for a quick way out. We are giving them one more chance to give us a good settlement for the damages and medical bills or we are going to hand this to our attorney in Portage that will put an end to this and not a good outcome for Hooters. It will end up more than social media it’ll end up public record and in the newspapers in Portage. Believe it or not it’s been over a month and hooters never even called to even see how their customers were doing not once.

on the 23rd of December i went into a location in clear water beach Florida. The bar tender ran my credit card and 5 days later i also had my card ran at a gas station for $93.24. I only used that card at hooters and i live 2 hour away. was not even near that town. Called that corp location in Florida called this location . It is now the 3rd of January and not one person has taken the time to get this resolved. This is the worst customer service that i have ever had. I guess that is what I get for going into that type of business.PS i would not rate this but i had to.
