I had a very special need for a disabled elderly man that was on a deadline. House Docs said they understood and could help and would come by the next day. I never heard back from them. The deadline past and the opportunity to provide this man accessibility to the community past, never accomplished. If they had at least told me they weren't going to help, I could have looked for someone else. I tried calling them, due to caller ID, they ignored my calls & never returned any messages. I even had someone else to call them, at which point they did answer immediately and when asked if they had changed their mind, they still said they were going to do it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The least they could have done was called me & told me to look elsewhere. Now I have to wait a year before trying again to help this elderly special needs man have access to leave his home for Docs & such.... I'm very disappointed.
