They made serious mistakes. When I bought a new home in July last year. they checked wrong air conditioning unit. They checked the air-conditioning of the neighbors next door instead of the seller. It caused serious misunderstandings between seller and me. I hope they can strengthen the training of the staff, otherwise they will cause everyone's unhappiness and inconvenience.
