I drove three hours from Malmstrom AFB just to have some Hu Hot, that's how much I like it. I arrived around 2 PM and it was fairly busy around this time. The bar where you prepare your bowl for cooking was a diaster area but that's to be expected for the amount of people going through the line, but I would have like to have seen some employees at least attempt to clean the hurricane Hi Hot prep area. The restaurant was not as new as I was expecting, it could use some TLC around the premises and a little cleaning inside. Overall the food and service itself was to my liking and I would go again. To the owners I would say to take a little bit more pride in your establishment.
