I asked the staff to provide a itemized bill for me for all charges.They said that they would have it for me when I got there...when I arrived and asked for the itemized bill they got really annoyed and started to get really nasty with me.We disagreed on the hours ...no yelling or screaming ..just a disagreement..one one of staff members threated to have me removed another words call the police on me because we disagreed on the hours. We paid for 16 hours of tutoring and as of the day prior my daughter had 12. So I was confused about how I owed them 4 hours of tuturing if I payed for 16 and my daughter only received 12 plus 4 for today.We went on and on and disagreed after going over it 3 times.The staff member wanted to call the police on me for disagreeing with her..I never screamed or yelled once. This was about 7pm and after all that they told me that my daughter has been there since 1pm this afternoon and she will be done at 9.....after she said that I said oh so my daughter has 8 hours for today not 4..all they kept saying to me the 3 times they explain ed the bill to me was 12 hours plus 4..12 hours plus 4..which I disagreed to owning them more then 16 hours.They should of told me that it was 12 hoirs plus 8 hours for today not 4.My ex wife was taking my daughter for her tutoring and the staff knew that as wel.All that disagreement and arguing and threating me could of been avoided if they had told me from the beginning that it wad going to be 8 hours for today not 4 like they said which would add up to 20
