First visit to Chicago and hotel is located conveniently above the First Lady cruise dock.||Nice hotel but a bit dated.||Staff are very helpful and professional.||It was great the Market (coffee shop) opens 24 hrs and this is a plus for our stay. ||||

+Great location, clean modern facilities. Front desk, bell check and valet staff were awesome.-Housekeeping was annoying as they kept knocking on the door even though we had a late checkout.

Pleasant staff and very helpful. Room was spacious and cleanly kept. The hotel in close walking distance from nice eateries and bars. The food provided on property was also exceptional. I would definitely recommend the hotel to a friend.
