I see that my review was deleted by someone...haha allow me to walk through my experience again. Me and my friend waited for 3 hours and the guy to come make our car key NEVER showed up, after calling for the 7th or 8th time they reassigned us another person to come make us a key and it took him 2 hours before he arrived as well. Keep in mind both people called us and said they were “on their way” it shouldn’t have taken nearly 6 hours for us to get a key made. We were over charged which was extremely unfortunate considering the inconvenience of how long we had to wait in the HEAT for someone to service us. We’ll never call this place again. Take the criticism folks and don’t delete my experience, thanks.
