Due to IRCTC software change, I suffered one month for Ticket Cancellations. ISEVA did regular followup with IRCTC and ensured that all my tickets are cancelled and I get refund on Time.

Who is this Safia Sultana? iSeva never had any employee with this name.SIVARAMA ENGINEERS - Spoke to SIVARAMA ENGINEERS. They don’t even know what iSeva, But someone commented intentionally in their name.Afreen shaik - Afreen shaik colluding Husna Syeda. We have filed the case on Husna in Saifabad Police station.Jaya Surya - Since last 8 years we don’t have any empolyee with the name of Jaya Surya. For false comment on Google Review we are going to take legal action. Husna Syeda - Husna has taken the Company money from customer. After discovering, started blemming company. We have filed the case on her in Saifabad Police station. NAGESWARARAO GAJJALA - We have improved our customer support based on customer feedback.srinuvas yerra - iSeva has taken all majors to support this customer. However, due to typical issue with IRCTC process, the response was delayed. Now the Customer is happy and booking tickets regularly.
