I am very disappointed in working with i9 Brandon. I previously worked with i9 Riverview which there was NEVER a problem. Due to the timing of the program, I tried the Brandon location. The coach my son had for last season was incredibly unprofessional and not very encouraging to the children. When I reached out to the office , the director, Carlos R. never contacted me to resolve the issue. I have called several times and never received a return call. What is worse is that the coach who I have the concern about, is the second in charge at the office. I'm not sure if that is affecting the communication but disappointing to say the least. They will respond all day long to Google Reviews but will never resolve via telephone. A call from the person (the coach) who seems to antagonize the situation is not supporting the situation. I would not recommend this location for your child. You will not get the support you need.
