Mia was very knowledgeable. I bought the recommended insoles and have used for about 3 months now. Wow, what a difference. Feels much better than the $500 ones bought from the podiotrist. Almost no pain from the Moreton's Neuroma in my left foot. Very pleased.

I've never been a customer of this place. Instead, I came in one day to apply for a job after finding a help wanted ad on Craigslist. The only employee here was a guy (also named David) who seemed to be in his 80s, and was one step away from needing a hearse called to the store. David didn't have any idea about the owner putting up the help wanted ad. Instead of calling to ask the owner, David spent the next 45 minutes telling me all of his problems and all of the problems of the company. David expressed total amazement that the owner would even bother to look for help since David believed that the store would close in less than a week.

Can I give them 0 stars? The best way to describe our experience is to compare it to a rude, extra pushy used car salesman who knows nothing about the cars he is selling and relies on bullying to sell his extremely over priced product. He did not introduce himself or ask about our needs and just resorted to continuously explaining that the inserts would change the structure of our feet and not giving us any more detailed information. When I asked for further clarification it was also vague. He also stated that the reason they have us fill out the form with our symptoms was "for research". I pointed out that he didn't have my permission to use my information "for research" but he said they did and compared it to doctors asking about symptoms. Really? Doctors ask about symptoms to treat them and don't use the information for their for-profit business. Needless to say, we left we a terrible impression of Ideal Feet and no inserts.

I purchased a pair of inserts just to get away from the pushy salesman thinking I would be able to return them later. There was absolutely no mention of a no return policy, nor did I see anything posted stating exchanges only. I am now stuck with a set of inserts costing 280 dollars which are unusable to me. This product may work for some, however if you have any doubt at all push the pushy englishman out of the way and get out of dodge. If they offer exchanges only it should be posted in an obvious place. Shady business, pushy englishman, poor after sale customer service. Each person I have spoken to about my situation seems to know he was the one I dealt with so he must recieve a number of complaints yet they do nothing about him.
