"NOT RECOMENDED"....One of the worst tour experience till date.Mohan was tour coordinator. He is not capable for organising large group. We were group of 24 opted for darjeeling, gangtok and meghalaya package. We were given 5 cars for ganktok. Some of the drivers were very rude, not informative. Cars were not at all clean. No one were guiding about timigs and no information of the place. Actually the drivers were behaving like pick up drop taxi drivers. On of the driver went to the extent filing FIR on my brother because he raised his voice for not taking to nathula pass in time.

Not happy with their way of planning out things. Too exhausting itinerary for Sikkim, with too much time spent inside the car and too little at the sites. We relied on their services to plan things for us as we were new to the place and not so well traveled. I felt we paid for getting exhausted rather than enjoying the place.

I sent my son n daughter to Srilanka last week. Both returned happy n rejuvenated. Ihpl’s services we’re praiseworthy. Whatever slight issues appeared, were promptly taken care of. The vehicle provided was very comfortable n the driver was friendly n helpful. The hotel at Bentota was excellent. The hotel at Colombo was the only letdown as it neither had a pool nor a bathtub. Rest everything was very well organised.

We had a trip to North East through IHPL and everything from the start till the end was perfected organized by IHPL 😊 and we hav enjoyed alot by their arrangements.We are waiting for our next trip and sure we will go through IHPL 😊😊We will refer IHPL to our friends and relative to have a memorable n hassle free enjoyment 😍

Hello,Sorry for writing the review so lately about IHPL as I was busy with my work and family commitments here in USA. We heart fully thank IHPL company and team members who has helped us to have a wonderful and pleasant touring time around the places in INDIA (Golden Triangle Tour(November 1st - 5th 2018) with atmost generosity.We loved the Golden Triangle tour with IHPL team and it was one of our best trip we ever had in INDIA. Me and my family enjoyed the Hotel stays, excellent service provided by GUIDES (Asuthosh (Delhi airport pickup person), Prateek(Delhi), Anuradha (Agra), Amerjeet (Driver).Initially IHPL team provided us Toyota 7 seater mini van but we weren't feeling comfortable getting in and out of the car with elderly people as well with an infant baby. So I have requested IHPL company to arrange a bigger vehicle. Thanks to their quick response and provided us the opportunity to upgrade to a larger vehicle(Tempo Traveller) we really felt comfortable with the seating arrangements and ofcourse our luggages and stroller. We really appreciated for their dedication and care for us. The Volunteers are always in touch with us through whatsapp to make sure we are having a great time without any difficulties in their arrangements and safety. The hotels provided by IHPL was great. We were happy more than what we had expected. Almost felt like we were in Las Vegas Star hotels. The only thing we found it hard during the trip is giving tips to the people when we are touring in INDIA. As we are from USA we dont have any idea how much tips we need to give to the people. If IHPL team can guide us or any tourists then it will be a big help. We personally faced tough times in deciding about the tips. We were very confused whether the tips we gave is worth or not. Other than that we had a great time.Again thank you very much for everyone touring us safely and supportive throughout the trip. Just that we had a busy schedule and having elderly people and an infant baby it was little bit difficult to keep up with the pace touring all the places so we skipped few visiting sites especially in Jaipur. Hope it didn't caused any inconvenience for the guides waiting for us while we are on the tour.I will refer IHPL to my friends and families whenever they are ready to tour places in INDIA.Thank youSurender Mandula

The trip to Darjeeling and Gangtok arranged by Indian Holiday Pvt. Ltd. was extremely good. We spend 2 nights in Darjeeling and 3 at Gangtok. The travel and visitation to Nathula Pass in our vehicle was memorable and the permit was arranged by Indian Holiday. The Hotel, vehicles and drivers look very fine. Mr. Chandan Roy, Senior Tour Consultant, made prompt follow-ups from the beginning and at the time of our journey. To take care of our tour Mr. Poojan Rimal, Local Coordinator communicate to us every morning and evening. Thanks to both of them and Indian Holiday Pvt. Ltd.
