New York City has many studios and I've been to quite a few...What makes IM=X Pilates NYC outshine every other place is their uniqueness. Not only is it an amazing pilates studio, but it's a place that offers health services for the body and mind. The Pilates classes are phenomenal! Trainers & Staff are professional, friendly, confident and most importantly knowledgeable. If you're looking to improve flexibility, tone, increase muscle strength or simply want to workout with a nice group of people look no further!
