So this place is amazing ! I have boarded my Havanese for over 7 years and we refer to it as doggy camp - Our dog Belle loves going there , never looks back when she enters and has an amazing time I know that Robyn and her associates take extremely good care of my dog and it shows - Dogs don’t lie Belle literally runs there when we drop her off and they often share pictures of our and the other dogs during her stay there Belle is often 😄smiling I give this place a 10! They are amazing , caring, good at what they do and a real treasure I cannot praise them enough

We have had a very good experience over many months with Robyn and her team who have cared for our three cats over many many daily visits. The team working with our pets are on-time for meals, keep things tidy and are responsive to whatever notes we leave and concerns we might have about our pets. The overall customer service provided by In Home Pet is very good, if one of the cats is not well we get an email immediately, when we need to schedule dates we get a quick response as well as when we need to make changes to the schedule it’s easy to do. The In Home Pet team all seem very willing to do what they can to make things as smooth as possible.

I’ve been using Robyn and her dog walking service for many years. They are always reliable, friendly and flexible when I need to make changes in the schedule even at the last minute. One of my dogs is a rescue and wary of strangers. He was easily won over. I appreciate the walkers a lot. They are kind, professional and their experience w animals shines through in the work they do.

Used their cat sitting services and was very happy. The owner and sitter met with us before and I was very comfortable leaving on my 11 day trip. They are very thorough, efficient and professional. And they did not disappoint. My cats and home were great when I came home. I would and have recommended them to my friends.

We are so happy using In Home Pet Services! We have 4 cats and have used their service several times when traveling. It is a great feeling to know our fur babies are in such great hands when not at home. Total piece of mind! Robyn and team out do themselves.

I been working with Robyn and her Staff for a little over 9 years. This relationship included two walks Monday thru Friday and weekends occasionally. I can honestly say not once did we have an issue with the many dog walkers that crossed our path. As a matter of fact, we became very friendly, although on paper only, with a few of our dog walkers. The care and love they bestowed on our Smith was heartwarming to us. I also want to thank Robyn and her Staff for the flexibility throughout the years in making changes to our schedule, caring for our Smith when he was ill, and always keeping us informed with any health issue. Our Smith is now embarking on another journey and that journey is to spend time with his true Master in Colorado! We will miss Robyn, her Staff, and a special thank you to Ed, Yassi and Florence, to name a few, for all the kisses and belly rubs to our special boy Smith! Thank you all, The Gioes

Inferior service They forgot to come to my home for 3 days to take care of my pets, no food or water filthy litter box due to a computer error , When I called to find out what happened the person told me that it was keyed in incorrectly and said oops!! , then I had a volley back and forth with the owner Robyn who personally attacked me and was so rude. If you want your pets well cared for do not use them.
