Placed an order online. Unfortunately the cleats I had ordered just went out of stock. I was contacted immediately, provided a list of options of other colours available. Did not like any of the colours and requested for a different style. They were able to make this change for me within the hour. Excellent customer service, was very impressed how quickly they got back to me.
